Effective August 11, 2026. The short version: this site collects almost nothing, and it never collects health information. We offer a Psychotherapist Directory and follow HIPAA rules and regulations.

What We Collect

Browsing this site requires no account and sends us no personal information. This site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes, this policy will say so before it happens, and anything we add will be chosen to collect as little as possible.

If you join a waitlist, we collect your contact information. We then use your contact information to reach out to you, to let you know that we have a therapist available of your choosing. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

What We Never Collect

We do not collect health information about anyone seeking therapy. This site is a directory. Booking, intake, insurance, and everything clinical happen directly between you and the therapist you choose, on their own systems. Nothing you send us is protected health information, and you should not send us anything about a client or a course of treatment.

Therapist Applications

Applying to be listed asks for your professional credentials: license type, license number, the license itself, and expiration date. We will also ask for your contact details, practice links, and any articles and/or blogs you have written. That is business information about your practice, not client information. We will ask for a copy of your license, as well as verify against your corresponding state board's public lookup.

Waitlist and application submissions are stored privately, and only the directory's staff can see them. If our policy changes, we will update our privacy policy immediately.

How to Remove My Profile and/or My Name on the Wait List?
